So i was going to post this in custom/handmade knives, but i noticed many of those threads are makers showing off the work they MADE. I want this to show off the knives we've bought off the Maker's Market. Did you find a hidden gem? Did you commission a fullout custom? Were you able to snag one of the latest "hot knives" of Bladeforums? :D

Let's celebrate the talent and artists that reside on Bladeforums! And maybe this way we can help more members see some knives by awesome makers they otherwise woulda missed! [emoji106]

Ill start,

I got this piece from Wilderforge, its got carbon fiber bolsters, g10 liners, padauk wood, and 80crv2 steel. Its like a hybrid nessmuk/kephart and i love it!

Great thread idea. That Wilderforge looks beautiful and useful! Here's a Nathan Carothers aka Nathan the Machinist Field Knife in denim micarta scales on a hunting trip to Wyoming a few months back (bottom blade).

Well this never caught on last time, so I'll try again.
Anybody got anything good from the Maker's Market lately?
The last thing I got was this sweet harpoon from Jgarrison! O1 steel and micarta, needs a custom sheath!

Picked up this beauty from a random maker who showed up for like a month, posted a couple pictures and sold 3 knives, then vanished 3 years ago and never came back. Still the best designed piece of 5160 I've ever seen.

It's 1/4" thick but ground down almost to zero at the edge. Its the thickest slicer I've ever seen.

Very nice knife.... but man, I really really like that sheath! :)

It's pretty awesome. Had to replace the rivet holding the detent strap on, but otherwise it's been pretty bomb proof. The little pouch even had room to squeeze a Leather CS Style mini tool in with the sharpener. I'm still trying to figure out where the random new guy with the mad skills came from. He claimed this was the 3rd knife he ever made, and his 1st and 2nd ones looked almost as good. I can only assume that he has access to a machining shop or something, because this was not made with files and belt grinders as a 3rd attempt :p

And another one, though it doesn't quite count since it's from the Facebook version of our makers market, but I have this on the way from Vandyke Knives.

1095 and stabilized spalted maple. Should make a fun camp knife, and the 1095 should take on some great character over time.
