Hello Fellow Axe Lovers-

Just curious.

10+ years ago, Autine seemed to be an up and coming axe company with it’s beautiful YouTube videos (except for Wrangle Star receiving a poorly seated axe head to handle vid). Now I’ve read people not receiving their orders even after putting down deposits and waiting several months with no updates whatsoever and not being able to get their deposits back or item they paid for.

What happened to them? Can anyone shine any light on this?

Thanks for reading and MASS thanks for replying.

Sounds like a classic case of a company becoming a victim of their own success. I remember when Janis Nimanis split from what was then John Neeman tools but it looks like they may be rejoined as one now? No clue what's going on with them but I do remember everyone being abuzz regarding their products and complaints about turn-around times stacking up quite badly. This often happens when demand surges at a rate faster than the company's ability to supply, and the demand then being poorly managed from the business' end. Keeping a lid on demand is important to keep pace with supply and many folks jump at the chance to take on more orders when they're unable to fulfill them in a reasonable time or at least set customer expectations accordingly.
