Good morning everyone!
I present you my most recently work. It is a... a... ...basically a knife ;) . This knife, i think, is got different parts from differents styles, so i believe it is some kind of a multi task knife.
The blade is some kind of drop point, it looks like a bbq knife, but the handle feels like a hunter style. It is not too thick, so it could be used in the kitchen, and also the blade has some butchers knife aspect.
I leave it to your imagination.
Blade lenght: 7"
Blade thickness: 0.16"
Heel: 2"
OAL: 12"
The steel is 9260.
The handle is made of african blackwood, brass and virapita wood.
Let's see the pictures:

It is beautiful! If this was mine.... I'd be carving the turkey with it this Thanksgiving!

Thanks for the replies!
I believe it's a little short and the heel a little too wide for a carving knife, but probably could do the task.
Mongo, it could be yours, at least it's aviable and i recently paid my knifemaker's subscription, so who knows...

Many colonial Spanish belduques from the 17th to 19th centuries look like your knife.
