What's 3x better than the Bravo 1?

So it's an Ontario blade that's been modded? I'm not sure it's worth paying $160 for an Ontario machete no matter how much customization has been done to it, although I do realize some of that cost goes for that big hunk of leather they had to use to make the sheath.

That's if it ever gets made.
The Bravo 3 has been on the drawing board for a couple years now.
With the recent price increase of 3V, it wouldn't surprise me if this knife goes for almost $1000.

There are a few drawings of this knife online. It looks to be similar to a Thor.

According to Crystal Falls Trading Company, the 3V steel for this knife is still "on order".
Don't expect it anytime soon this year, or next.

That's why no one's talking about the Bravo 3, that makes more sense.

I've wanted one of these Barktario Machete's, but the price! OUCH! I have a 12" and 18" that I have convexed and now want to re handle. My work may not be fabulous, but gaining the experience is more important.

I've got one of the KSF Machete's from the first run a couple of years ago. It is a sweet chopper and I love it but it is definitely way more than you need to spend on a machete.
