What's a 102CWSBP?

I'm being offered a Buck 102CWSBP, dated 2012. I haven't been able to find anything on this specific knife, guessing it was a special project for somebody. The asking price is high enough that I'd like to have some idea what it is.

Any ideas?

This was likely a Cherry Wood Series Bass Pro exclusive, using 420hc and laminated cherry wood stained handles. It's hard to tell from the photo, but I believe they had brass pommels and guards.
