What's a 110-B?

My local feed store had a hunting season sale and advertised a Buck 110-B on sale at $27.95, regularly $39.95. This seemed a better deal than the Walmart blister pack version, so I bought one. Came in the yellow box with a leather sheath. Numbers on the box are 0110 BRS - B, Cat. 9210, and a date 04/16/10. The blade has the arrow pointing to the right indicating 2010.

While I prefer my two dot 110s and 112s, this is a good solid knife.

Can anyone tell me what the "B" designation means? Is this just a current production 110 or what?

Thank you for your time.

The 110BRS-B is the designation for a 110 sold in a box. If it was 110BRS-C it would be for the one in the clam pack. The Walmart model in the box with a nylon sheath is a 110BRSWM-B. The picture below is from the 2010 catalog.
