What's a fair price?

A friend of mine is selling a Model 121 & a Model 103. Both are from the early 70's and have the original leather sheaths. The blades are in good condition. They have phenolic handles. The model 103 was 'autographed' by Chuck Buck in 2002. Chuck was a guest speaker at our church's Sportmen's Dinner that year. I was going to offer her $75.00 for the two of them. Is that a fair offer?
