I've got a BM mini griptilian which is great but a bit small, also have a BM Freek with M4, it's also nice but borderline too big and don't love the tall blade, I prefer the sleek tip of the mini griptilian. What's some good EDC options that are sized in between these 2 with a nice sleek blade?

Is the PM2 too big? Not nec. rec'ing that knife, trying to get an idea on size you want, and I can do it easily like this.

If "somewhere" between 2.91" ($120) mini-Griptilan and 3.6" ($225) Freek is what you're looking for there are MANY knives to choose from.

I don't normally carry a knife that "small" but favorites from my collection in this size/price range would be something like a:

ZT0770 (3.25" CF S35VN), or a
Spyderco Para Military 2 (3.42" Black G10 S45VN)

Both are currently "in stock" and available from Knife Center (a BF Sponsor) for $212 and $171.50, respectively.

You can usually buy them for less than that on The Bay.

Many other variations of the PM2 w/other steel and scale colors/materials can also be had there (as well as on the Exchange here) w/in your price range.
There are no other current variations of the 0770, They use to make a non-CF version in various colors but no more and I seldom see them offered on the 2ndary market.

PS: If ONLY a Benchmade will do, I'd also suggest you take a look at a 3.4" Osborne for around $200. I've never owned one but it fits in your size/price range. With the exception of a full sized Crooked River, the only Benchmades that I own are automatics or balisongs.

spyderco endela is a perfect medium size knife in my opinion, its slim and easy to carry and use and very high quality for the price

For me a good medium size is in the 3.1-3.3” blade length
The Bugout has a very good size as medium edc IMO
So you can have a look at the
BM Bugout
Spyderco Native 5, para 3, endura or tenacious
Emerson CQC-7
ZT 0450
Etc.

The very slim knives even with longer blades can also be good, like the BM 940
Or on the opposite, taller handle but with a bit shorter blade like the WE banter

I also see 3" as the medium in EDC: Sage 1 or 2, Native S90V CF, Small Sebenza , Vic Pioneer.
Below that are the Dragonfly, Chaparral, Cadet and even smaller subcompacts, SAKs.
This is 85% what I carry in public spaces.

Yesterday I had the 3.5" K390 Stretch2 and while I was aware of it a few times, I had no problem carrying it.

Check out the Spyderco pattadese! 3" blade and slim as all get out. I have the pattada-4" version.. I'm carrying it today------ I think the 3" blade is m390. Not 100% though... The 4" is n690 which is fine by me!!!

I'll chime in with a knife I've recommended often enough to be predictable:. Southern Grind's Spider Monkey.

How about giving us some more precisely defined parameters?

For me I find my favorite EDCs are in the 3.1-3.25 blade length with a 4.1-4.5 closed length And no thicker than .45.
Think Kizer Gemini, ZT0566, ZT0770CF and Hinderer Jurassic size. I have larger hands, but feel a 4.1 handle is still a good size.
I like smaller and larger knives, but I find their uses for me, more rare, than the above size.
It seems a lot of knifemakers avoid this “in-between” size. They focus on smaller (3” and smaller) and bigger (3.5 and bigger.)
I’ve always said if ZT could make a Ti, manual 0566 I’d buy 100 of ‘em.
