What's a good price for a NOS LB8?

In my hunt today for a USA made LB3, I found a hardware store with a Shrade case. They had a lot of old stuff with "USA" on the tang, and some of the new Taylor stuff. But they had either 6 or 8 USA made LB8s, still new in the original boxes, still wrapped in paper inside the leather sheaths. Their price on them was $59.99 plus tax. Is this a good price, or too high? While I love my LB7, and wouldn't mind having a new LB8, I also don't want to pay way too much for it.
