What's a good trail in New Mexico?

I'm looking to take myself and two friends (one experienced, one not) on a one or two night hike in New Mexico, preferably within 3 hours of Albuquerque. I was hoping that y'all would know of any good trails for us.

It seems that there are some trails north of Pecos. It has been a very long time since I was there so I don't remember any names.
