I have an older style Tigershark, it is not the elite, nor the 2.0
It has NEVER been used and is in brand new condition, with stock sheath.
I am thinking about selling it.
Can you please tell me what it is worth?
I may add one of my custom sheaths to the deal.
Thank you,

Probably about 20 dollars but I would give you 30 since you are fairly new here and we want to make a good impression on our newer members. :o

Welcome to the SOG forum. :D

Someone will be along to help you shortly. :)

Robbie Roberson.

These days, you should be able to put a SEKI Tigershark on the market for an astronomical price and you'll get what you ask for it eventually. With all the folks that bitch constantly about SOG discontinuing that knife, it shouldn't take long to sell. I would argue that it is probably the most desirable of all the discontinued SOG knives.

Is it the satin SK5 tool steel version, or the powder coated 440A version?

Agreed.

If its any gauge I got my Mint in box Midnight Tiger for $200. You'll probably be able to get more as I was VERY lucky.

I paid $150 + shipping for my SK-5 Satin Tigershark about 4.5 years ago. I'm sure the price has gone up since then though.

Hope the blade gets used. They were ment to be used and are great. When I went camping at Huntingtin Reservoir in Central Utah in September my SK-5 Tigershark was on my hip.

150-300 depending on the type, condition, original sheath and Mint In Box or not. Is it the first type plain edge satin finish SK-5, a black gun blued "Midnight Tigershark", a powder-coated (SK-5 or AUS-6 steel) plain-edged Tigershark or powder-coated (AUS-6) with serrations?? I'd be interested in a powder coated one, the other ones I allready have..:D

It is powder-coated with serrations.
I have made a very nice custom leather sheath for it, but it has never been carried in it.
I am away on vacation now, but when I get back I'll take and post some photos.

Robbie (above) was just teasing ya ....

it ain't worth no more than $10 .... send 'er on over to me and I'll dispose of it for ya. I know just what to do.

Cheers,

Carl
