Harry, first of all I'm very happy to see you back and hope all goes well with your health. Seems there are more than just a couple of us on unsteady ground.

Now, to less important things. Your guess is as good as mine. We have some wood models in the works (falcata, barong, hawk and other stuff) which will eventually come to some sort of fruition and the kamis are always sending me a "new" model. It's a wait and see game.

Harry check back on some fairy recent posts and check out the new
H.I.Spike 'Hawk and the New Southwestern Style Bowie.
The one I posted is fairly close, but the finished model will be in a "Scagel Style" if the kamis can pull it off and there's no reason to believe they can't with a good model.
The drawing is 19" oal and has a 1" blade with a really nice clip.
I figure it will have a distal taper from about 5/16" down to 1/8" at the point.
And as I mentioned in another post another forumite is going to work up an Arkansas Toothpick with some different innovations.

I am the guy Yvsa mentioned about the Arkansas Toothpick. I am definately taking my time doing it. In fact I will probably come up with a couple different designs and let y'all vote on what one we try to get made. With all the other projects uncle Bill has got going I don't think this one will be ready any time soon. You can email me with suggestions if you want, Yvsa has been great help so far.
