What's For Supper?

Decided to have a slicing contest while cooking supper tonight. Bravo 1 versus NorthStar. While my Bravo is laser sharp, it just couldn't keep up with the thinner NorthStar. The Bravo acted more like a splitting maul compared to its cousin the NorthStar.

No matter. Both have happy homes here and will continue to be part of my woods (and kitchen rotation). ;)

Looks good. I make the same thing but a bit different.

Fry up the potatoes in a different pan. Fry the sausage up, drain some of the grease off, then simmer in your favorite BBQ sauce. When both are done, combine.

That sounds good to me! I'd never get the kids to eat it. Heck, took threats of near death to get em to eat taters with the skins on...

That is my kind of meal. Looks great the only thing I would have done differently would have been to use a cast iron skillet.

Man you just made my hungry. My favorite is kraut and sausage with the potatoes on the side.

Didn't see any onions or green peppers in there. They wanna be sliced too.

I just pulled some banana bread out of the oven. Might make some brats and pasta for dinner though.
