What's Going in Your Ritter Kit?

I'm starting to piece together a rig. Picked up a SOG Powerlock at a good price on FleaBay and snagged a LMF Mini steel. Not sure what else I'm going to tuck in the pocket. This weekend, I'm going to tinker around with weight on the scales, and I may wind up ordering micarta for this knife. We'll see.

The micarta scales really complete this knife and the balance stays neutral.

If I had one, I'd put my Victorinox SwissTool (just gotta love swiss engineering) in it together with a micro flashlight, my firesteel and a tampon in a ziploc. Knife, multitool, light, fire.

Ever made fire with a tampon for tinder? It's perfect, just throw it in your pack, and it's there when you need it, packed up waterproof, cut it open, one spark, bam. Fire. It's so good, it'll even make up for Moose laughing at me.

i did a fire making demo for some folx. someone observed the condoms i had in the kit. "uhm, what's THAT for". well, you can use a condom for all sorts of things. including starting fires. bwa hah hah.

making a Ritter Kit? Not me. i already have kits. many kits. overflowing with kits. the knife is in a safe for now got a user BK77 looking for wood. good for condoms

Tampons make good items for a survival kit. Maxipads make good bandages. I don't carry them, not for any real reason, other than I have items that fit those roles already, not need to raid the bathroom closet for supplies, yet.

And yeah, you biscuit would be flaking at the edges if I saw a set of crammers in your knife kit. Just sayin'.
