Not only that, but every time someone says they don't need X, they raise the price $15. I think current MSRP is somewhere in the $500 range.

I got tired of waiting. I recently bought the ontario kukri and have been extremely happy with it. It's a quarter inch thick which I think I will prefer over how I hear the RBK is 3/16 thick. I think a kukri is meant to be a thicker stock design.

Don't get me wrong I love my beckers. I own multiple 14's, a 15, 16, 17, 2, 7, 10, and a 9. I love them. But I think I will sit out on the RBK. After waiting a year for it i have a bad taste in my mouth. At some point I think its fair to ding customer service on it.
