The other day my wife had a business meeting with a rather difficult sales person in her company. This other person was notorious for ranting, raving, obstinance, and generally being a pinhead.

Well, my wife decides to wear a Busse sweatshirt the day of the meeting.

Effect: The sales person sat there berry berry quietly, never argued, and quietly agreed to all of the credit decisions on his accounts.
