I just saw a post on TGB&U that reminded me of the difficulties some of the HI guys have had trying to decide how to label a khukuri to avoid confusing customs officials:
How are you fixed for apples, Bill? Or any kind of fruit would do ... just be sure to clean and oil the khukuri before shipping; fruit acids can patinate a blade with a single slice.
