I have a couple of newbie questions (I have searched the forums but cant find the answers).
I live in Florida and would like to know a couple of things relating to knife ownership and possession especialy in Florida.
1. What is the max. blade length allowed for a folding knife?
2. Same question but for a fixed blade?
3. What about if you have a FL concealed weapons permit, does this change what you can have possession of?
4. What about neck knives both with and without a CCW?
5. I would like to own a Kershaw Boa and have read problems with one member who was arrested and going to court for possession of an offensive weapon, based I think on the method of opening the blade. Is this legal in Florida or is it something I should stay clear of because of the apparant misunderstandings of some LEO's?
I own a Gerber Spectre.
Thanks in advance.
