Can anyone tell me which Spydercos are made in Japan and which in Golden Co.?

Can anyone tell me which Spydercos are made in Japan and which in Golden Co.?

For a quick and general reference just look at the blade steel.Generally Spydercos with blade steel that is VG10 are made in Japan.Most of the S30v models are from Golden.You can almost always use this method to distinguish without looking up the the models in the catalog or on the site.This method works well for standard production models.The Taiwan models may throw a little twist in, but VG10 models are almost always from Japan.

Native 4 were made in Seki-City, Japan.

My Native II SS in AUS-10 (purchased in 2000) was made in Seki-City, Japan.
