What's more common, single lug or double lug?

I have my first Sebenzas or I've had my first for about 3 months and one of the things I was wondering was, what's the more common configuration on a small 21, single or double lugs/studs?

Why is it we all start with the same disclaimer, "...my first Sebenza..."?

I would say single thumb stud on them by far.

Single thumb stud, especially on the Small Sebenza.

Single lug has been the standard, with double lug being an upgrade. However, double lug is now standard on the 25.

I think its because people are very proud when they do get their first, and many realize it won't be their last.

That's the truth, I've been collecting/accumulating about 35 years consciously and never really gave a thought to selling or thinning out my collection/accumulation till I got the Plain Jane small 21, now I'm looking at what I have amassed and I start adding, if I sell this one and this one I can get me a large 21, if I seek these two and this one, I could get me an inlay.

So now after all these years I've finally decided what to collect, just so happens to be Sebenzas. One things for sure, it'll make keeping track of what I have a lot easier.
