I'm currently looking to buy a Matriarch, Deica drone, and a mini-dyad. The CS mini bushman has possibilities, too.

Not really knives ATM. I'm saving up for a Remington 870. And I'm completely broke after paying for my Altama boots.

Chang the Asian Janitorial Apparatus

Production knives: Spyderco Native and a Fallkniven A-1

Handmade knives: Dozier Pro Guide and Corbet Sigman Utility Hunter

Besides what's already been ordered, I'd like a Carson Model 4, another Blackwood Small Game (maybe in Talonite), at least one more Lynn Griffith, and maybe a nice small game from Jerry Hossum. Of course, a large Sebenza is in there too.
I'm also going to try and put aside some cash for some Kenny Rowe and Gary Graley sheaths for knives I already own.
I'll be keeping my eyes peeled for any Russel Easlers that pop up, too, and would also like a Lovestrand hunter.
Other than those, nothing much...

Spyderco Calypso Jr. lightweight and/or Mini Dyad. Poor college student trying to make a decision

I'll probably end up with both.

Not sure yet...Benchmade Stryker or 800, perhaps another CRKT, maybe a Sypderco...oh, and a Glock 21

Knife newbie.

Well, Santa thought I meant salmon steaks for dinner on Christmas when I mentioned the Chinook...so I guess I'm Chinook shopping now.

On my Christmas list I have a Spyderco Delica not sure if I want plain or serrated blade. Also a small CRKT M16 in aluminum.

Have to wait and see if I get either one.

My next will probably be a Camillus CQB-2, and then about as many MT's I can afford.

While it's much more expensive than an 870 (good shotgun btw), you might want to give SERIOUS consideration to the Winchester Super X2 (short barrel and "turkey" sights). Get one of those and you'll be set to hunt anything you would use a shotgun against (small game, upland bird, waterfowl, deer, etc). Since it's gas operated, it won't beat you to death when you choose to use the 3.5" mag shells (kicks like the 870 with 3" mags). It has a very good barrel. It will get tighter patterns with a one step more open choke than any other "production" shotgun will while using the same load and a tighter choke. Anyway, dunno what you need the shotgun for (hunting I assume), but if you get the X2, you'll probably never outgrow it (at least as far as hunting is concerned). The 870's a good gun though, especially if you like pumps. We have one of each in our group (and a couple of bolt operated shotguns, one being my personal squirrel gun).

My next shotgun will either be an X2 or a classic double, I haven't decided (my shotgun needs are limited to small game and turkey).

My "to buy" list just got shorter as I just placed orders with Max the knife (OGG Knives) and Geno Denning. I definately see a Crawford folder and a Microtech OTF (maybe Halo III) in my future.

I have just placed an order for a Triple Aught Design / Mike Snody Explorer-Ex.....Should get it in the next couple of weeks.

Regards,

Ed

Next one is a custom made (by D. Wilhelmy, Germany) 4" integral made of "Supracor", that is about equivalent to CPM S-120 (as soon as this one will be on the market).
Happy sharpening (for that one only with diamonds, HRc is 67)
