"Wish List" -- We don't much do the Holidays, but we do have wish lists. I'm waiting for Smoky Mountain Knife Works to send me a 10% discount code so I can order a couple Schrade Uncle Henry items in D2 tool steel, stag grips.

No spouse, no kids in college, and I don't own a horse . . . I have the $$$ to buy pretty much what I want to buy. When I was in high-school, circa 1964, a friend of mine bought a Randall. I've always felt that Randall was the zenith of knives -- and that they're priced beyond my budget.

Let's be clear here: I have a Kershaw SpeedSafe 1650 for every day carry. The other hundred plus knives in the collection sit in their original boxes. I don't use them; I just accumulate them. These days I can afford to put a Randall in the collection and I have my eye on a couple "non-catalog" items. I'd post a link, but the editor function in this forum tells me it's "spam."

Non-catalog, Copper Companion 5" Model, top of the page.

Oddly enough, not a knife. I've pretty much dialed in my collection to what I want and need.

My wish list now consists of axes and guns... I want to find a tactical hawk, and I really want a chrome finish Henry lever action in 30-30.

I was purchasing a Marlin Mod. 1894 in 44 magnum in 90% condition, when I spotted a Winchester Mod. 1894 "Pre '64" which is the year Winchester made production changes and the classic when down-hill. The Winchester is a 1959 production with about 10% blue remaining, no rust. The furniture is nicely grained wood with "honest wear" -- bumps and scratches but nothing disfiguring. Back in 1959 I was 11 and wanted for Christmas the Mattel replica of the Mod. 94 Winchester (I got it!).

This is the only time I've ever purchased two firearms on the same background check form.

I own a couple "tactical axes" -- SOG.

Knife wise even after buying 3 spydecos this week, I still would like to get a few more.

The other thing I collect and it might sound weird. Is old vintage BMX bikes from the 80's. Would like to find another Hutch and a few other grails out there.

To name a couple wishes, I’m getting the itch for a new handgun. At this time the itch is either the Beretta Pico or Nano. For some reason I like small solid built handguns. I’m also interested in slip joint folders. I have been doing some research in that area as well.

I jumped over to guns while I wait for the DLT run of 3.5" no choil slicers so I just picked this up and checked it off my want list.

maybe some diamond sharpening stones for me. also wanted a hinderer xm-18 3.5 slicer and a spyderco rex-45 military, but the long wait actually has diminished my interest. On the other hand, I have a bunch on my wish list of getting rid. Too many knives sit in the safe unused.

Rassenti SNAFU. And it's getting real pretty soon :)

Mike from CKF says they’re dropping a Snafu 2.0 in 2019. He was grinning like a child who just discovered candy when he told me. Their Satori is sexy as hell, with great fit and finish. I’d expect the Snafu 2.0 to be absurdly awesome.

Alliance Designs Laconico EZE (made by Reate) or Monterey Bay Knives Laconico EZC. Big fan of Laconico. Obviously.

My wish list :
- Spyderco Subvert
- Spyderco Paysan
- CRK Inkosi (either CGG or Micarta Inlays)
- Another Spyderco Military of some sort.
- Maybe a nice fixed blade with stainless blade and sweet leather sheath.
