Whats on your Christmas list?

Actually, I came home with my Christmas gift yesterday. My wife and I went out and she stopped at the only local store that carries a decent selection of knives (that I know of anyway). I showed her a couple of the ones that I like and she picked up the one that she felt I liked the best and told them she would take it! Shocked me twice: once for buying it off the cuff and once for picking the right knife out of several!

It is a Benchmade Knife of the Month from May 2000, a 705 with carbon fiber scales. I'm very happy (at least for a day or two)! This is my first BM by the way and I am very impressed with the quality and fit of it.

)the other day.this older gentleman walked in,pointed at a randall bird ant trout knife,the last one in stock,and basically said "i'll take it".i did get a chance to look at it,very nice knife,all of his work impresses the hell out of me.i canr get over em.fine knives.sorry if this went a little OTbut i keep thiking randall.

My Christmas knife was "intercepted" and now rest under the tree. It is a Crawford Kasper with stag handles. I did get to feel it and play with it for all of an hour. But it now lies locked in a box sitting under the tree. Could be worse.... it could have been on the for sale forum!

The female I sleep with has told me that she has bought me "something sharp" from a well known knife manufacturer in Oregon City.
I guess I'll know which one on Christmas day!
 
On my X'mas list I have listed the Boker Titanium Kitchen Knife Set. Don't know if it will happen, but it's a wish! After the holidays are over with, ( if I have any money left

) I want to get a MicroTech LCC. I'm still searching that one out though!

I'd like the Emerson C/P shop to open so i could buy myself a Christmas Present,I know,that's a pretty big wish
