My keys share space with an LM Wave (soon to be Charge!), Glowring X2 and Inova Microlight - quite a bulky package to be lugging around all the time but they serve me sooooo well I wanna have them buried with me in my coffin....

Are there any other cool little gadgets I should be putting on ?

I've got mine broken up into three seperate splitrings, all contained on a biner. Ring one is keys only; house, garage, tool box, tackle box, etc. Ring two has one of the Craftsman screwdriver 4in1 thingies, a P38, tractor key, and a Maglite Solitare. Ring three has a LM Micra, Inova Microlite, and a couple more keys.

My car key is on one end of a webbing-snapbuckle, with an old Schrade lockback on the other end.

To save space, I've got my other keychain stuff in a pouch on my belt. Nitrile gloves, CPR mask, small SAK knockoff backup, PT keychain LED, and a thumbdrive.

Heck, while I'm at it, I've got a Dorcy AAA in my back pocket, and my front right pocket has a BM910, an Inova X5T, and a Neopen.

vic classic used to be my keychain tool before, but for some reason i am looking for some non-blade mini tool......so i think the sebertool M2 maybe gd for me.....

btw,is the swiss tech utili key gd?

Hey guys :)

- Three keys, all silver. I'm so OCD that this matters for some reason :o
- LM Micra
- ArcAAA-P
- sometimes... Atwood snakeskin Striderbaby  , but usually it's in my pocket or bein' fondled.

Photon II
Craftsman mini tool (I forget that actual name)

I carry my leatherman Charge XTi in my pocket all the time ( used to be a wave, then upgraded. Wave stays in my car now)

Whats a thumbdrive ?

I only wish LM had put a little LED light into the Charge like some SAK's - saving me having to carrying a key torch.... most tools/gadgets with the least weight and clutter

Thumbdrive is a small USB device that holds information. Kinda like a floppy you don't have to worry about as much. I do a lot of tech work, and it works nicely to have all of my apps and programs on there as compaired to carrying CDs of discs.

holy smokes, if i'm ever in a bind i hope to have one of you guys around. ACMarina, that likes all the knives i've ever owned on your belt everyday! But it is very handy havnig a tool when you need it (and usually is never around). In my car i have a micro and my old leatherman pst. My new charge stays with me on my belt now becuase i use it to hack down trees or what not when i'm working and whittling (sp?) when i am sitting on my quad or in the truck not doing anything.

Well, I traded my Leatherman Micra (it was free), so I need to get a new one to replace it...very handy "key-chain" tool. I also want to add a ARC-AAA LED, which I've heard is great...I have a few different ones, but the first is my EDC...the thumb-drives are awesome if you do a lot of presentations or you're an instructor.

The Utilikey is always handy, and I like the smaller SOG (with the pliers) if I'm not carrying my Leatherman Wave or SwissTool. The other great little guy is the Sliver Gripper...very handy, and I've found it a better set of tweezers than the SAK has to offer.

When out-doors, I like the permanent match, Zippo refill fuel container, Windmill lighter and metal match...plus a small chunk of fatwood. As far as small LED lights, the Photons are great as are Inova's little Micro lights.

You got to love the utility/survival key chain... :D

I have three keys, a handcuff key, the remote for my truck, a Utilikey, green Photon II and an ASP Key Defender.

taking about keychain light.....

ARC-AAA LED or inova x1???which is better?i only know arc use 3A and x1 use 2A.....any ideas????

i lost my maglite solitare so long ago and never come back to it becos it's dim and the bulb is so weak so i stay with led now.....

btw.....

Swiss+Tech or sebertool?which is better for key chain tool???any recommend???

The Inova X1 is a very different beast than most other small lights. Instead of a wide flood, it projects a very tight spot. About a 2" spot from a foot away, about 1 foot wide from 5 feet away. So at 50 feet, it'll only have a 10 foot diameter spot. Not very useful for finding your keys in the driveway or reading a map layed across the steering wheel. The throw is very impressive for such a small light. In the darkness of rural Kansas I could light up a barn from 100" away. But for lighting the path 10 feet in front of you, you'd be better off with a Photon or ArcAAA. The X1 is a bit large for a keychain light anyway, more a pocket light or used in the little belt holster it comes with.

At the moment, an Atwood Prybaby, an Arc AAA and a Traser Glowring ride along with my keys.

thx....i think arc is the best key chain light now.......i may buy it as my second led light.......i just keep my streamlight propolymers at home.....

Not entirely "The Best", it has it's downfalls like every other product. They're a lot more expensive than some comparible products. It can't stand on end last I checked. For the amount of light you get per battery there are also better options. .
