This is good news. I'm sure they're going to eat up a lot of grinding wheels and it will add to the cost of these knives but they'll be worth the extra bucks. Spyderco has been side-stepping serrated variants in a lot of their offerings here in the past few years and overlooking a "niche" that they themselves created (and perfected).

It was sort of like hearing that Ted Nugent had quit eating meat. :eek:

Yes, it is. They will be available in all three blade configurations. But I emphasized the Combo and SpyderEdge simply because we've not offered those before. :)

I really want one of the fully serrated models, I wish I had waited.

Now I will have to find someone to trade their fully serrated zdp delica for my plain edged model.

Any update on delivery dates?
