Whats the best and strongest pepper spray?

Others may be fine, but Fox labs instills confidence. I order about half a dozen 4oz canisters every 24-36 months, and the old ones that are being cycled out still deliver a strong stream.
 
halt dog spray - carryed by mail men ... and sold in bike shops if you know where to look. i think its 5x then most personal defence sprays.
I used to have a large can of bear spray sitting around from when i lived in montana.... never used it never seen it used so i dont know but its some pretty mean stuff from the tails people told out there.

and your really really going to wanna learn how to use what ever spray you pick up , its not the most natural self defence system out there and has a lotta dangers ... including blinding you
 
Don't know if these are best but Kimber makes a unit that fires two individual shots from a trigger release. When the shot hits who you are aiming at, the pepper is dispersed.

Another one that looks interesting is one made by Cold Steel. I think it is some kind of pepper jell that coats the face of the assailant.
 
guardian is the best there is period from what I have heard, but I am not sure they sell to civilians and few carry their product. but fox labs would be my second choice after guardian.
 
I've used the "bear spray" effectively. I currently have a 16oz can of OC-17.

that freeze+P looks kinda good and so does the site. But the site does not list SHU's for any product or at least I couldn't find it. I don't use an OC unless I know the SHU and percentages
 
It may not be the "best" and hottest, but I carry an ASP Street Defender kubaton. I've used it once and friends have used them several other times with very satisfactory results. It looks like a mini-maglite and functions as an impact weapon as well as an OC dispenser.

I've also heard good reports about Fox from LEO friends.

I've been sprayed with, taught with and carried Punch II, First Defense, Sabre Red and Fox 5.3. All of them are good, but Fox 5.3 put a hurtin' on me like I never had before!
