sure looks like cold steel copy dont it? pic borrowed frpm bladehq.....great dealer...my curiousity on this has nothing to do with them. good people lets not bring them into this thread. thanks.
 
At least it doesn't say "Cold Steel" on the side like the zillion outright clones I see .
 
It's made at the factory across the street from the one that makes the CS spikes. It is totally their original design. Just by coincidence It looks like the Cold Steel.
 
From what I have seen most gun makers buy a rebranded version of a manufacturers knife to sell under their name. I am not sure with S&W who they normally use and how close this is to the CS knife.
 
S&W for guns , maybe .
Cold Steel for blades , etc - definitely !
 
They most like don't even know knife enough to know if this is a knock off design or not. This kinda carry over to their knife quality...
