What's the difference between the Chinook I and the Chinook II?

If you can find a picture of each you can see most of the differences. The grip on the Chinook II extends out further in front of the forefinger and below the pinkie, providing a more secure grip. The clip section of the blade is longer, ending just in front of the hole. And the lock has been beefed up.
I recently acquired a Chinook I, and I like it, but seeing pictures of the II made me wish I'd held out. Now I'm hoping to find a used one of those I can afford...
