Other than what you described, I can see no real differences..:rolleyes:
Don't know about the backsprings here, but perhaps someone chime in here soon to settle that for you.
 
All of the Queen muskrats that I have personally handled had single backsprings. They have a thin spacer on each blade to offset the blades slightly so that they'll bypass each other without a lot of crinking, on a spring that is wider, more like the spring on a whittler. Been wanting to get one of these little CSB/D2 muskrats myself, trim little knives.:thumbup:
 
They are the same knife and have a single spring as Phil said.

The Cumberland pic is an actual production knife, the pic without the etching and with the different tang stamp is a Queen catalog pic that was done using a prototype sample that did not have the etch and was made up using older blades.
