Tell me whats different between:
RAT
Ranger Knives
Busse

I have a good deal in the works for a RAT and a Ranger and I don't know where they stand against the others.
Thanks

Busse and RAT make great, hard-use, adventuring knives. I have no experience with or knowledge of Ranger products. As far as quality goes, they would probably be rated Busse > RAT > Ranger

Busse makes the toughest knives in the world.

Ranger and RAT both make great knives for a great price.
Usually the best plan is to get one of the cheaper knives now and save up for a Busse. (Unless they have something you really like on their website right now, in that case just go for it.)

As far as what's the best, I'd say the Busse (Particularly because of INFI steel). Of course, they will cost more & you need to get your own sheath.

As for the RAT & Ranger, it depends on which knife company you're talking about. Are you referring to RAT & Ranger knives made by Ontario or RAT made by RC (RAT Cutlery) & Ranger Knives made by Justin G. (Customs)?

While the Busse are still higher quality (& more expensive), there's a difference (& improvement, IMHO) with RC & Ranger Knives.

Thanks for the info.
These are made by Ontario.
I figured Busse would be on top, but the RC5 and RC3 is just calling my name for some reason.

Actually, the RC series is made by Rat cutlery, a separate company from Ontario, though Ontario is still putting out their RAT line. I'd have to give the nod to the RC line for being the better option, though! If you scroll down to the manufacturer's forums below you can get learn more about the company, and there are a ton of user's pics in their forum and in the W&SS forum.

All three are good choices, though!
