between Busse and Bussekin? I hear people call it Busse and some others call it Bussekin what's the difference?

So, is there a difference between Busse and Busse Combat?

no, Busse, and Busse Combat are one and the same.

But Scrap Yard and Swamp rat are technically separate companies entirely.

Run by the same group (family members). That is why they are called "Busse Kin" because they are near relatives. There is sharing of tempering expertise and design expertise.

They use, for the most part, different steel types.

All have the same awesome warranty, and customer service.

I think I read (here somewhere) recently that they're all made in the same facility - the Busse Combat shop, but the others are run afterhours and/or in batches. Makes sense given the necessary equipment and its costs and such, though I can't say for certain that's how it's done. Someone please correct me if this is known to be otherwise...
