What's the factory bevel angle on ESEEs?

I believe they are hand sharpened so the figure will not be exact but...to what angle are they sharpened approximately? I see a lot of people swear by the Sharpmaker which I think is 20 degrees. Are they shooting for 40 degrees inclusive or what?

I am thinking of maybe redoing the edge on a 3 and/or maybe a 4. Maybe convex on one and going 30 inclusive on the other...unless of course the thing is already 30 inclusive.

FWIW I am very happy with them as they are but I like to experiment a bit.
 
Thanks Jeff. Like I said, I am very happy with the edge (and every thing else) on all 6 of mine but I'm kind of a nut and I like to sharpen stuff.

More purchases coming up. Another 4 and may just have to get a Junglas.

Always liked Bowie knives as a kid and I have a couple of traditional leukus. I guess I see the Junglas as filling that niche...in my collection anyway. I have two Collins Legitimus machetes, both made in Guatemala so I'd use it more like a Bowie or a leuku.
