Been eyeing one for a while now. It's the only one out of the three I will buy this year. The other 2 being para- millie2 and the ZT 550... I'm getting the itch

I've had mine a week or so and it displaced my Sage II for EDC.
I think it's a really interesting knife; I really like it a lot and it is very very sharp right out the box.
Jump on it!! I can't think of anyone saying anything harsher than "unusual blade shape" about it. Oh, some say it's a tad heavy but it feels like quality to me.
It has exceptional F&F. Great Knife!!

I carried one for a week on a recent passaround and did some major cutting. I started the day with a hair popping sharp edge and cut 74 ft. of corogated cardboard. After the cardboard it would still barely shave with quite a bit of pressure and technique. After 10 total swipes on the Sharpmaker fine rods (5 swipes on each side), it was right back to hair poppin sharp! Spyderco incorporates an excellent heat treat into their s30v! The knife was awesome too, it worked great for an everyday utility knife. Very heavy duty with its thick stainless backspacer and liners. If it was mine, I may be tempted to drill out the liners.

Great materials, great build quality, ergonomics excellent and blade excellent. BUT, don't bother if you're a lefty (like me).

wongKI+ There is little love for lefties in the world.
