Walk the Plank?

Just wondering as I think there is a relationship to post count and plank walking. :D

Paul

Yeah, that's the easy one by far.

I should have guessed that. Wonder who's second?

Walking Man was almost to 10,000

Dont judge a man by his post count, judge him by his character. :)

I think Cliff and Walking Man were unusual.
the most common walker is a spammer.
the next most common walker is someone who's an idiot to begin with and soon shows it.
It is rare for someone with a lot of posts to be shown the door.

on a similar note i wonder how many paying members have been bounced. i know last month Spark kicked a platinum out:eek:

Bill Martino has the highest post count at 34,096. Sadly, Bill is no longer with us.

It often happens that a troll who's about to walk the plank gets himself a Platinum Membership. I guess they think they can get away with anything then. Doesn't work.

I just learnt that cliff stamp was banned, i just thought that he hasn't registered here. He is probably of the few that get banned debating the toughness of steel.

Stiff Clamp was registered here a long time. Too long ... He wasn't banned debating the toughness of steel. He was banned debating the toughness of management. He lost.

A couple of things to keep in mind:

1) Paid membership does not make you exempt from the rules... or the plank.

2) If you read the fine print, there is no refund for paid members who get banned.

3) A high post count does not make you exempt from the rules or the plank either.

4) Indeed, I, for one, expect a higher standard of behavior from long-term and paying members because I expect them to set an example for new members.

5) Respect for the moderators does not mean that you have to agree with us on everything we say. But, you are expected to cooperate with us in keeping the peace and good order. If you disagree with or have a question about a moderator's official actions (or inactions), contact that moderator by e-mail or private message or take your complaint up with Spark in the Service and Support forum; that is the appeal path. Do NOT argue in the forum with the moderators about official acts; that is the banning path.

6) "He started it," didn't work on the kindergarten playground and it doesn't work here either. You can not -- and will not -- be held responsible for the actions of others; but you can -- and will -- be held responsible for your own actions, provoked or not.

thats true, Gollnick, but you would think that somebody with a high post count should know what goes and what doesn't.

As usual, Gollnick is much more eloquent than I
