Whats the lightest folder benchmades ever made?

Good question. I have a little 3150 Impel that weighs in at 2.1 ounces...the Mini Pika II in G-10 wieghs in at 2.5. The knife wizard on the Benchmade site shows a number of knives that weigh between 0.5 and 2.0 ounces.

I'm not sure about discontinued models, but of their current production I can only find four that come in under 2 oz:

480 1.70 oz
480-1 1.80 oz
482 1.85 oz
530 1.88 oz

I just got a 530 and I am loving it. Super slim, super light, Axis lock, flicks easy and a 3.25 inch blade at that weight is AWESOME.

The 530 is a pretty cool knife. I had one of the 440c versions and really liked it. You can't even tell it's in your pocket which is good and bad for me.

Lightest ever made?
Maybe the long discontinued Ascent.

Lockback. FRN handles with no liners. 2 7/8" blade. Early models had a blade of 440C. Later models ATS-34 blade.
