What's the most ergonomically pleasing Spydie?

As the title says I'm wondering which Spydie you think has the best ergonomics? For me it's my FRN/PE Jess Horn.

To some extent, I think it depends on what you are doing. I have a Jess Horn PE in white micarta, feels like it would make a great peeler, bet I could do 100lbs of potatos or apples with it, and it's both comfortable to use as a steak knife when dining out and elegant enough not to raise anyones eyebrows if you did. That being said, I'd hate to have to cut up a bunch of heavy cardboard boxes with it. At the other extreme, my Merlin feels like it would be great for cutting up boxes or cutting carpet without getting a sore wrist, but it's about the last knife I'd choose to peel an apple with. I think the Kiwi is a great little "office worker's" knife, it's great for opening letters, cutting articles out of the newspaper, sharpening a pencil and will still cut a sandwich or peel fruit with the best of them, not frighten even the most paranoid denizen of the cube farm when in use, and ride unnoticed in your pocket when not in use. On the other hand, would not want to have to do any one of the above tasks for eight hours straight with it and while it certainly is sharp enough and strong enough to cut up heavy cardboard with, I doubt it would be comfortable to use for even one box, too small, too thin. The Native on the other hand will both cut cardboard and peel fruit without raising too many eyebrows, and while much larger than the Kiwi, it still rides comfortably in a back pocket. Bottom line, if I had to have "one and only one", it would probably choose the Native, but I'm really glad I don't have to make that choice.

Dennis> uh, lets see... the wegner?(now where's my prize?)

The calypso jr, sr, and dragonfly lines are the most ergo of the everyday use models... while the military is best for heavy or long term use.

The Military fits my hand perfectly and the the Native is also very good.

The most comfy one I've held is the Salsa, followed by the Native....I hope to possible soon try a Dodo on for size as well...

That's right. The Wegner was amazingly ergonomic. I know it was marketed as a hunter, but I found it to be a great EDC knife.

That I've handled? The Lil' Temperance feels great to me, Sal and I must have the same hands because I couldn't have done it better myself. Actually though, I can't say I've held a Spydie that felt bad in my hand, they're all great in that regard.

Vote for the Dragonfly/Calypso (Jr.) line. The blade/handle choil is perfect for finger rests, and the thumb ramp allows for controlled power in cuts where needed. For the shorter handle of the 'fly the pinkie rest fits my hands perfectly. To me, the Dragonfly is the epitome of the little/big knife: a little knife that feels and works like a big knife.

I feel this way about the Calypso Jr, but I can't leave this thread without mentioning the Terzoula C15. -- I rejected new knives for years and years simply because they were no more ergonomic than this.
