That's a very cool Kershaw -- what is it?

The knife I just have to get? Knife is singular, let's try knives. :D I keep a running list of knives that I want to get. Here's what's on the list at the moment (disclaimer: list is subject to change at any time and rather frequently LOL)

Obsidian Skinner
William Henry Black & Tan Lancet
Gerber LTR
Buck Limited Edition 110 with Stag
Buck Koji Gents Knife
Xikar Knife (either 118 Quincewood or 158 Champagne)
Kershaw Rainbow Leek
Stamascus Knifeworks #34
Phantom Knives Rip Cord Medallion
Kellam Enchanter Damascus - F15D
SOG Mini Gentleman Carbon Fiber (SOGC33)
Seki-Cut Little Blue Folder (Quincewood)

Mine has absolutely gotta be the Camillus Madd Maxx.
Thanks for reminding me that I need that knife. Not want, but NEED!

Geez, just when I finally started to think I'd beaten that....

A Mike Obenauf large model 2 framelock. In fact I just confirmed my order with Mike on this one!! Hey I GOTTA have it!!!

In terms of production knives, I MUST have the new Elishewitz/Masters of Defense dual length fixed blade.

In terms of new customs...Liong Mah/Jeff Hall ROgue :)

Okay, this sounds interesting. I NEED some info. RL help me out here. Thanks.

Poboy, this knife appears in the latest edition of Knives Illustrated in the "new Knives for 2002" article by Butch Winter...the author writes:

"One hot new design by Allen Elishewitz for Masters of Defense is this fixed blade (pic on page 18) with two blade lengths. In the short position, just turn the knife down and press the button; the blade extends. Since the knife is already open to begin with, it misses the gravity knife definition"

It looks DAMN cool :)

BTW, if you look at MOD's website, they have pics of a new folder :)

The only place in town that carried(past tense) KI, just dropped it and got Tactical Knives. Only two issues after I subscribed to TK. I'll have to find some pics somewhere. That new folder looks pretty nice too. I would like it a little better if it were spear or drop point instead of tanto though.

I am not sure how new it is, But its new to me. I NEED to aquire a new Delta Z osprey with the maple scales. I recently saw these for the first time about 2 weeks ago and Now I MUST have one. NI am sure there are many more newer knives out there that I must have, But the osprey's price makes this pick the most realistic for me right now.

Well it isn't new but I would love to get my hands on a Sebenza. Just saw and held one today for the first time. Very nice.

The Tighe Pan by Lone Wolf Knives looks mighty sweet.(Cover knife--Knives Illustrated. Oct. 2002)

Spyderco Ronin

I've found all of Spyderco's fixed blade knives to be well designed and of superb quality.

The first of my two recent acquisitions is not so new, except for the laser engraving, but the Blue Rescue is a new Spydie that just came out.

I received both of them this past Saturday. :D  :D

"THE knife" that I am urgently waiting for is the Lil' Temperance with modified spear point. :D

Production knives I think I have everything that I want right now, but something's bound to come along soon that'll demand instant buying.

Customs, well I've got a Hossom Retribution on order, and depending on how much overtime I want to work I might get a TNT so's to have the whole Tom & Jerry thing going.

My next one will most likely be the new Spyderco blue Rescue (KBR, thanks for posting the picture).

Allen.
