Hey all!
My iKC buddy Tom Peterson has this photo posted in his gallery on iKC

Tom tells me.

"Tang stamp on main blade is in three lines: Schrade; Cut. Co.: Walden, N.Y.. Pen blade has same tang stamp in three lines."

What pattern is this? ...and where can I get one for myself!?

Schrade Cut Co Pattern 2063 1/2 in the catalog though it shows it with a shield which the one in your pic does not have. The catalogue refers to the knife a Jack knife, although many term it as a teardrop pattern.

Hey Russell, yeah, the "jack" designation is a bit too broad to satisfy most of us. "swellend" is another "also known as."
