What's the problem with the MOLLE stuff?

Us Taxpayers are apparently paying a lot for it and it seems to suck....but USMC folks were invovled in the development?
No ****, if it really does suck, why? We have the best geeks in the world that should be able to figure this **** out...and if the guys on the ground were supposed to be involved....well, why does it still suck....
Really, our folks should have the most effecient, most comfortable, most lethal everything in the world....as a non-combatant (read that civilian)....I always thought we did (just call me stupid....LOLOL)....
Do our guys (gals/folks) like this **** or not..and if they don't, what do they want?

From personal experience, that goes for equipment, too.
 
You even see the spec ops guys and ranking officers wearing other LBE.
