What's the progression?

Ok all you sharpening gurus, I have a novice question to ask. I'm trying to figure out what the progression of the following should be. I'm thinking that maybe a couple overlap so there might not be a true progression for them all, and I don't want to make the mistake of going from a finer stone to one more coarse. The stones are: Edge Tec 325 coarse and 750 medium diamond bench stones (not sure these grits align with those of other makers), a Norton India coarse/fine combo, and a DMT 8" DiaSharp extra fine. Is there a logical progression here that would include all stones and result in a very sharp polished edge? Even if there is, should I not bother with 1 or 2?
