What's the status of the custom shop and Jerry's maple?

I really fancy a custom shop order with Jerry's family maple wooden handle he was talking about. Does anybody know if they would be on offer once the custom shop opens soon?

I based my assumption on the fact that its been almost a year since they said they will not be taking new orders for a year. Hopefully it will be opened soon.

At Blade I asked Jerry's brother Dan about the custom shop opening back up, and unfortunately he made it sound like it would be a long time.
