What's the stupidest thing you done?

stood up while knife in lap almost got pinnd to floor
(ok so exaggerating, knife bounced off bone on toe

I was watching tv one night and was playing with a knife i had just finished. A small neckknife with a kydex sheat. I was pulling it out by the laynyard and putting it back. Then suddenly the knife flew right throug my half open hand a down on the floor. Then the warm feeling came in my right indexfinger. Costed me a 45 minnutes drive to the emergenzyroom and 3 stiches.

Probably ain't good for me, but I use Crazy Glue for stuff like that. Hmmmmm....wonder if it'll work on belt burns too?

Also i have set my self on fire several times when working with a autobodygrinder. I use that for rough grinding my blades.

Whacked a bright yellow/orange blade fresh from the forge after i just set it on the anvil (it was just lying there, i didnt have hold of it with the tongs). It flipped about 3-4 times real fast and landed on the top of my hand that should have had the tongs in them!! It hurt just a little. So this was a 2 part blunder-
1- i didnt have gloves
2- i didnt have a hold of it with the tongs.
