WHAT'S THE TRAFFIC LIKE????

I hope I am directing this question to the correct area.?

I am curious as to how many knife "enthusiasts" (professional or not) frequent this forum. I ask this out of plain old curiousity, as well as from a business perspective.

Thanks for any input you may offer.

The front page typically get's 1000 hits a day, however, that's not an accurate judge because most people bookmark the forums themselves and bypass the front page (naughty, naughty)

Based on best guess estimates, we're getting over 100,000 hits a day on the forums. I based this on a couple different methods and they all came out pretty darn close.

Spark, thank you for the reply. Do these 1000 and 100,000 hits/day count multiple hits or posts by the same person? (I assume they would.?) If so, what would you guesstimate the traffic of non-repeating visitors to be?

I looked for information concerning a "media kit" or marketing info via Bladeforums but didn't really see anything. I would love to launch a product (w/ internet based direct sales), so I'm just trying to get a handle on the possible knife market. If it makes you feel better, I'm doing this in conjunction with a senior project at WSU. It's educational!!! Really!
