I recently e-mailed them about this, and was told to just keep checking back every 2 weeks. I was told that I would be able to get a CQC-7 w/ bolsters and a plain edge blade. They never gave a price on it though. who knows, Maybe by the end of the year

That sounds exciting. I would love a CQC7 with bolsters and plain edge. Kind of makes me suspicious of this whole custom/production thing though. It's like a way to blur the lines between the two and kind of phase out the custom shop.
