What's this mysterious box in the mail?

Hey guys...
I just got this mysterious box in the mail.

So, I opened it.
Here was what was inside.

Appears to be some kind of Ka-Bar. But what kind?

And there it was! My beautiful new BK9!
What better way to test it than a can full of water?

It's good to be back guys. I've been gone for too long. You guys are just so much fun.
Gotta live up to being a Becker Head, haha. It's a hard job, but someone's gotta do it.

EDIT!
Chopping was done. And it was good.
So, I went out to my wood pile, where some wood was drying that I had cut with my BK2.

When I was done cutting up pieces that were still an unmanageable 7' long, I had this tiny pile of ready to use firewood.

Oh man... You would not believe!
I started out babying it a little (what?), not sure what to expect.
I fed it some fruit. It seemed friendly.
So... I went out and processed some wood drying out in my back yard into portions the size for my fire place.
And let me just say...
It was everything you all have said it was, and so much more.
It's a little smaller than I expected, but much lighter, and just as capable as any story you've heard around here.
Love it. My poor BK2 will be feeling lonely for a bit. I'll post pictures of the blade.
Lol, I've only had it for a day, and I couldn't resist the urge to beat on it!

Congratulations! Now that you have a BK9 you are 20% more attractive to the opposite sex, and there's a small doughnut shop that will give you 5% off every doughnut purchase of $30 or more.
 
Ah, 9s are so much better than they could ever be expected to be until you actually get one :) congrats.
 
ooh, I love getting mysterious boxes in the mail. Especially when they contain sharp things. :D
