What's up With My Southard?

Hey all,

I recently took out the pocket clip on my blue anodized Spyderco Southard.... Upon putting it back in, it wiggled around and the tension wasn't as strong as it used to be. What could have gone wrong? I'm 99% sure the screws and holes aren't cross-threaded, and the screws aren't stripped either
