Whats up with Tachyon phone #

I tried calling the 1-800-969-7771 and it says it is a disconnected #. That kinda makes me wonder if I will ever see my Tachyon especially with all the problems I've had.:(
 
I don't know about the phone number, but when I was waiting for mine I e mailed and had a correct reply the next day. For me the knife was worth the wait!
 
I talked with Mike yesterday about exchanging my Tachyon (the plain vs serrated mis-labeling issue from Microtech not Mikes fault) He gave me the needed info, but I forgot one thing about my new order for 2 black ones...

When calling his Voice # and 800 # I get the recording the # you have reached is changed ... then the # you have called has been temporarily disconnected. :confused:

I understand the 800 number is pointed at the voice number so that I understand, but what is the deal with the voice number?

I don't want to return the one I have if something has happened to WOW.

Anyone know what the heck is going on? :confused:

I will try the Fax # and see if I get through that way.

I've been trying to get through all day, with the same problem.

Tried the WOW Fax # It's disconected as well.:(

I don't want to panic yet, but I do not feel all warm n fuzzy about it.

I hope Mike gets this resolved ASAP. I want to place a new order and return one knife.
