what's up with the clips???

I like the new clip on the meerkat, but what's up with that Gunting clip...

looks kinda, well, ugly

will we be able to switch the clip too something more, err, conventional.

designs look pretty spiffy though. my girlfriend is going to kill me if all of these are released at the same time

Hello!

My understanding is that the design of the clip is to help in changing grip, point up to point down and so on.

Me too thinks it's ugly but if it helps and works good then i'm ok with it

I guess you ought to try it..it doesn't pinch your hand..it doesn't stick out and get hung up on passing objects..and it acts as a twirling index and it has a positional index to aid directly in spinning from forward to reverse and back again..
It really sticks in your pocket!!!

I suppose if it has a function it's not all bad

My biggest problem with it was more the fact that it is a really conspicuous clip. I could prolly see it a mile away. I will probably buy one though

i doubt it..its black its not really identifiable as a KNIFE clip..due to its unique shape..and it has great functionality.

BTW, IMO, Sometimes I think many people are too hung up on looks and not enough attention paid to actual performance. It is the performance that will eventually win one over. Appearance alone has it's limitations.
