I think if you storm Festung Skunkopa he's got one. On the other hand IIRC he's also got a Barret so you might need some armored Cav. to go with you. IIRC another young hog received one a year or so ago.

as far as i know its kind of a custom standard model. you can order it in 2 sizes, probaly with magnum handles if you wanted. i beleive they are still available to whoever wants to order one, but they are through the custom shop.
