What's up with the new 119 Web specials date codes...

I ordered two of the web special 119's with no fuller (groove) and a red micarta handle 119 with a S30v blade...

One 119 no fuller with a 2019 date code
One 119 no fuller with a 2022 date code
Red Micarta 119 with no date code at all

maybe the no fuller ones were punched out back then for the custom shop mirror polish option and just not polished until ordered and they just using up extra inventory for this run.

no idear on the no date code one, got missed in that step and made it out the door.

I suspect lots of these special runs are to move inventory parts sitting around......

Not related to the 119’s, but this was a new one for me. The 591 I received this week has a 2022 and 2023 date code. Pretty cool oddity.

I just got one of the 119s with no Fuller, it has a 2019 date code on it.
